Inspections

After the Berwick handover list: reinspection

Confirming each item is closed before settlement, not taking it on trust.

Berwick 3806 · 23 June 2026

In short: A list is only useful if someone checks it was done. The reinspection closes the loop.

Why recheck

Items marked done are not always done, and some fixes create new damage nearby.

How it works

We take the original list and record each item as closed, partly closed or still open.

What we see on rechecks

Paint touch-ups still visible, drainage debris still there and flashings adjusted but not sealed.

Timing

Book once the builder says the list is complete, ideally before settlement.
